We work with four premium materials: 316 marine-grade stainless steel, corten (weathering steel), powder-coated mild steel (in 50+ colours), and solid brass. Each material has unique properties suited to different aesthetics and environments. Stainless and brass are the most corrosion-resistant; corten develops a beautiful natural patina; powder coat offers the widest colour range.
Absolutely. Custom work is one of our specialties. We can manufacture letterboxes to any dimension, integrate them into gates or fencing, add laser-cut house numbers and names, and accommodate non-standard mounting requirements. Simply contact us with your specifications and we’ll provide a quote.
Yes! Our factory showroom is located at Factory 10, 22-24 Bond Street, Mordialloc VIC 3195. We’re open Monday to Thursday 9am–5pm (Friday by appointment). We recommend calling ahead on 03 9588 0002 to ensure someone is available to assist you.
Standard products from our range typically dispatch within 3–5 business days. Custom orders generally take 2–4 weeks depending on complexity and current workload. We’ll give you an accurate timeline when you place your order and keep you updated throughout the process.
We offer $49 flat rate delivery anywhere in Australia. Once dispatched, most metropolitan orders arrive within 2–4 business days; regional areas may take 5–10 business days. All orders are fully insured and carefully packaged to prevent transit damage. You’ll receive tracking information by email.
Yes, factory pickup is available free of charge from our Mordialloc location. Simply select ‘Local Pickup’ at checkout or contact us to arrange a convenient time. This is a great option if you’d like to inspect your product before taking it home.
Most of our standard letterboxes can include laser-cut or applied house numbers as an add-on. We also offer separate laser-cut signage and address plaques. Custom font and number options are available. Please check the individual product page or contact us to discuss options for your specific letterbox.
We offer both front-access and top-access (rear-loading) configurations depending on the model and your installation preference. Some models are available in both options. If you have a specific requirement, our team can advise on the best configuration for your situation.
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. Custom-made items cannot be returned unless they are defective. Please see our full Returns Policy for details.
